Prof Seyi Fabiyi
Executive Director
Prof Seyi Fabiyi is a highly accomplished expert in Environmental Remote Sensing and GIS, currently serving as the Chairman of the Centre for Human Settlement and Sustainable Development. With a Ph.D. and Master’s Degrees in Geography specializing in Remote Sensing and GIS.He has also worked as a GIS Consultant for the World Bank-sponsored Ibadan Urban Flood Management project and served as a National Expert on Remote Sensing and Mapping for the UNRED+ project of FAO. His expertise lies in GIS-based environmental systems analysis, coastal ecosystem monitoring, and physical planning.

His extensive expertise spans across research, focusing on GIS models, urban green spaces, climate parameters, and environmental sustainability.With a wealth of research dedicated to enhancing urban growth, combating climate change, and conducting geographical analysis, leveraging technology and research for positive impacts on the environment.
